April 4, 2005 Mike has completed most of the trim around the apartment windows. Most of the molding is in place as well. This past weekend he placed in the old fir flooring in the bedroom.

March 6, 2005 Mike is now putting in all the doors and jams. He even put in the doors to all of our closets to all the bedrooms into place.

February 13, 2005 Mike is nearly done with taping the entire apartment. It has been a long and messy process, especially after sanding the plaster. Now I know what he’ll look like with grey hair.

January 29, 2005 This past weekend Mike put up all the sheetrock to the apartment. He’s going to start taping now. Amazing how wonderful it already looks!. Mike has stopped working on the apartment since Isabelle has arrived. The electrician though is almost complete with his work. Soon we will be looking into a new boiler before the winter season arrives. Last year we froze in this house.
