One year ago today, Seamus was in my belly. Hard to believe looking at his pictures now. We can’t imagine life without his smiling face.

Seamus – in jail! June 25th.

School is officially over and this is our first full week off. It has been fantastic. So busy too!

We take early walks, play in pool, pick peas and berries, strawberry picking, farmer’s market, Lenox Beach, the library, and hanging with friends. Best of all was Linde’s visit with us a few weeks ago. What a wonderful niece and so fun. My kids were in heaven with her around. Mike wants to adopt her.

Last night we went to the Dalton Carnival. The weather held and we had a fabulous time. The kids have been talking about it all year and they could barely hold their excitement. They were jumping up and down and wriggling with excitement when we arrived. I had loads of fun just being with them.

Yesterday Isabelle got all decked out for her ballet recital photos. She looked gorgeous, as you can see from the photo.

Seamus: has learned to go up a stair this past week and he constantly wants to stand on his feet. Still only two teeth and he FINALLY learned to drink from a cup a few days ago. Since the surgery a month ago he has not had anything to drink.

Isabelle: She’s nearly completed her year of kindergarten. She has grown tremendously!

Jack: enthusiastic, generous and a hard worker. What he loves now? Trains, playing with water, and hitting a ball.

The past month: Dinner at the Love’s house and frog catching; t-ball games; SEamus’ surgery; trip to Bob’s and Danny’s Confirmation; Mother’s Day with Uncle Marc and Aunt Wanda; playing in rain; garden planning; Nona’s 90th birthday; fixing up cottage; staying at cottage; memorial day parade; picnics; playing in pool and on the porch; ballet recital planning; DALTON CARNIVAL;
