So the birthday boy has turned 4. He loved his train cake.

Spring is in the air. The past few days have been gloriously warm, with the sun drying away all the snow and moisture. It feels great to go outside in sneakers, without even a jacket. Yes, unseasonably warm, but wonderful.

Almost Jack’s birthday. He’s 4!!!

Where has the time gone. Our boy is tough, physical; adament, a true tester of our patience, BUT he can be so sweet and funny. He always wants hugs and to give thme with 100% of his strength and love. He likes to make people laugh and always wants to have fun. He loves to tell stories and is REALLY good at it. The best is his story of falling off his bike and getting a bloody leg. He’ll tell this one over and over. He still adores bella and follows her around. They are mates, though he’s more apt to say no to her demands. He bounds with energy but then sinks in exhaustion needing a break with blankie. Sports are his thing, and he loves trains, especially his thomas trains. I get the most exasperated with Jack, but when his beautiful green blue eyes sparkle and his devilish smile develops I’m smitten. Happy Birthday Jack.
