After discovering rot below the apartment stairs along the clapboard, the nest of carpenter ants, and the lack of support for the aparment along the house, Mike was about to give up. A project that he thought was going to take 2 days, turned into a month long project.
Finally though he’s fixed all those problems above, and is attacking the stairs. He’s taking this week off to make more headway with the apartment.
As a family, we had a terific time decorating the house for Christmas. This year we took lots of time figuring out where all the decorations should go. Next year should be even better.
